Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

The Service lets you store and manage media, collaborate on review and approval, and connect social media accounts to schedule and publish content. Features may change over time.

When you connect a social account, you authorize us to access it and to publish, schedule, or manage content at your direction. You confirm that you have the right to connect that account and to post the content you submit. You remain responsible for following the terms and policies of each platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and others).

You keep all ownership of the content you upload. You grant Ra Media a limited license to store, process, adapt (for example, resize or transcode), and publish that content solely to operate the Service and carry out your requests. You represent that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including any people, music, trademarks, or third-party material in it.

• Do not upload or publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of a platform.
• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or to post to accounts you are not authorized to manage.

Paid subscription plans, including pricing, billing cycles, storage limits, taxes, and renewals, will be described here when introduced. Fees, once introduced, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions (including if a platform rejects, removes, or limits a post). If a platform changes its rules, some features may change or stop.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ra Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Ra Media against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless a different process is required by law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
