Data Deletion

You control your data and can remove it at any time. This page also serves as our data-deletion instructions for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms that require one.
Disconnect a single social account
In the Service, open Settings → Connected Accounts, find the account, and choose Disconnect. This immediately revokes our access token and deletes the profile data and tokens we stored for that account. You can also remove our access from the settings of the platform itself (for example, Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).
Delete your whole account and data
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at info@ramedia.us from your account email with the subject "Delete my data." We will delete your account, uploaded content, and connected-account data.
What happens and how long it takes
- Access tokens are revoked immediately.
- Your content and personal data are permanently deleted within 90 days.
- We may retain limited records where the law requires (for example, billing records), and backups are purged on our normal rotation.
- Content already published to a social platform stays on that platform — you remove it there directly.
Confirmation
We will email you to confirm when deletion is complete. If you have questions about a request, contact info@ramedia.us.
