Ra Media LLC (Tampa, Florida) only sends marketing text messages — promotions, special offers and news about our video production services — to people who typed their mobile number into the contact form on our website (ramedia.us/contact) and ticked an optional consent box. Texts come from our toll-free number (877) 309-4548. This page shows exactly where and how that consent is collected, word for word.
Who opts in, and how
Business owners who want to work with us go to the contact form on our website at ramedia.us/contact (reached from the “Book a Call” button on ramedia.us), enter their name, email and phone number, and can tick this box:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. If the box is ticked, they receive marketing text messages from us — promotions, special offers and news about our video production services. If the box is not ticked, their message still reaches us and no texts are sent.
What the form looks like:
Rules we follow
- The consent box is unticked by default and is optional. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- The sentence next to the box names the kinds of messages the person will get, including marketing.
- We record the date and time consent was given, and the form it came from.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting out
